The head of Chamber M. Sarwar Hossain, Bar-at-Law conducted the hearing for appellant Jahangir Alam for last 03 days (7-9 May 2024) in a double bench of High Court Division comprising their Lordships Mr. Justice Shahidul Karim and Mr. Justice Md. Mostafizur Rahamn. Appellant Jahangir Alam is given death sentence in the trial court. The defence counsel argued that he is the wrong person.
