International Crime Tribunal

ICT BD Case No. 03 of 2014 (Siraj Master and Others Vs Chief Prosecutor)- In this case we defended Khan Akram Hossain and Abdul Latif Talukder. Barrister Sarwar as a lead lawyer conducted the full trail from beginning to judgment. 03 charges were framed against Khan Akram Hossain and Abdul Latif Talukder. Abdul Latif Talukder died before the pronouncement of judgment while he was in custody. Tribunal-1, abandoned the case against Abdul Latif Talukder. Khan Akram was honorably acquitted from 02 charges and imprisoned for life in 01 charge. We are happy that his life is saved and expect that he would get complete justice in appeal.
